Condition: new, Year of construction: 2016, functionality: fully functional, BHK-TECH MW50-2V Microwave System System and Functional Description Microwave system consisting of two MW50 V microwave modules, an internal conveyor system, and two external conveyor systems. The actual microwave chamber consists of a 3 mm stainless steel sheet and has control cabinet segments permanently mounted along its length, in which the high-frequency components are installed behind mechanically and electrically secured covers. The conveyor system for transporting the pallet within the system is designed in a microwave-encapsulated form. The microwave system is equipped with a total of 32 magnetrons, which directly emit energy into the chamber's interior. This technology guarantees uniform energy distribution within the chamber. The magnetrons can only be activated when the door is closed and securely latched. The sealing system on the door opening prevents microwave leakage. Any resulting fumes are extracted via 2 exhaust fans with a total conveying capacity of 17,000 m³/h (free-blowing). The necessary cooling of the high-frequency components is provided by the airflow from the exhaust fans, supported by 4 supply air fans (conveying capacity, free-blowing, approx. 3,500 m³/h). In front of the system, there is one conveyor system each with its own drive. The pallet is manually loaded and unloaded by the customer. Sensors are used to check whether the pallet is positioned correctly on the conveyor system. The program is started via a switch on the control panel. The loaded pallet is transported into the microwave system and positioned using a light barrier. The doors of the microwave system are closed, and the microwave irradiation is activated. After the microwave irradiation time has elapsed, the door is opened, and the pallet is transported to the unloading conveyor system. The activation time of the magnetrons can be pre-selected in four power levels on the main control panel. Condition: like new (used), Year of construction: 2012, operating hours: 75 h, This Vötsch Hephaistos Industrial Microwave Chamber has had extremely low hours usage during its life so far, on 75 hours .. having been installed and minimally utilized from time to time for a single research project at the University of Sheffield AMRC research department known as the “Factory of the Future”. Sold new for a price of approx 250,000.00Euro. Contact us now for an exceptional offer for this high tech unit in as new condition. VHM Hephaistos Industrial Microwave Chamber For Aerospace and Automotive Engineering The Research Project The VHM Hephaistos Industrial Microwave Chamber for component testing was developed in cooperation with the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). It is the result of a joint development project sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). Alongside KIT, the Composite Research Center of EADS in Munich, the Institute for Aircraft Design (IFB) at the University of Stuttgart, GNK Aerospace in Munich and Vötsch Industrietechnik were involved in the project. Microwave system The VHM Hephaistos Industrial Microwave Chamber from Vötschtechnik is an internationally patented system. Fast and energy-efficient production processes are possible by using microwaves. The microwave chamber is characterized by its hexagonal geometry with a very high field homogeneity. This is a major advantage when thermoforming fibre composites (CFRPs) in the aerospace and automotive industries. Iedpfx Aotvz Rfopieih During the targeted volumetric heating of the products, the microwaves directly enter the material so that energy is delivered directly and the chamber does not require heating. This increases the heating rate and throughput, saving energy and time in addition. Reduced production costs This industrial microwave chamber guarantees you reduced costs due to shorter heating, process and cooling times required for curing CFRP components. Its material processing technology means the microwave can produce energy input into the component to be heated while the oven itself remains cold. In comparison to the process in autoclaves, the processing times are reduced by up to 50 %. Energy consumptions is reduced by up to 70%. Advantages: Possibility to use metal parts, such as conventional metal tools and feed systems, in the microwave field High degree of product quality thanks to the maximum homogeneity of the microwave fields provided by the hexagonal chamber structure. By using microwave absorbing materials, additional positive effects can be achieved Sizes from laboratory scale to large systems, e.g. as are required in the aerospace industry, can be achieved The modular design allows a flexible adjustment to your product Volumetric and selective heating for energy-efficient processes Precise heating of the products Hybrid systems, e.g. in combination with hot air
