INTEGRATED AUTOMATION WITH WORKPIECE MAGAZINE
The machine is supplied with an integrated automation cell — an independent manufacturing cell with one-shift workpiece supply, ideal for small workpieces. Loading and unloading of the double swivel carrier are performed in parallel to machining time by an integrated 6-axis Fanuc LR Mate robot mounted on the ceiling, allowing more freedom of motion. The loading area is sealed against chips and cooling lubricant, with parts lock for unprocessed and finished parts exchange in parallel with system production time.

WORKPIECE MAGAZINE
Workpieces are placed in pallets — up to 24 pallets stored in the elevator car, cycled vertically. Pallet size 632 × 436 mm (inlay 600 × 400 mm). Ideal for workpieces up to 100 × 100 × 50 mm.
