Description

Offered is a CNC turning center with automated robot loading. Workpiece feeding: Ball blanks under 120mm via rod chute, larger ball blanks via a separate singulation system at the CNC machine. Operating hours: approx. 68000h. Control system: FANUC 31i-A. Robot controller: FANUC R-30iA. Equipped with: Main spindle and counter spindle, tool turret, FANUC M-16iB 6-axis industrial robot, automated workpiece feeding, raw part hopper, rod chute for ball blanks under 120mm, separate workpiece singulation system for larger ball blanks, chip conveyor, protective enclosure for the robot cell as well as electrical documentation and circuit diagrams. Repairs carried out: 2025: New feed screw with bearing, 2021: New vacuum pump on the cooling unit, 2018: New CPU for the FANUC robot. Inspection possible by arrangement.
