Electronic double mitre saw with automatic feed of the movable cutting head, driven by a brushless motor with numerical control system. Pneumatic control of the angle adjustment in three fixed positions: 90°, 45°, and 22°30' (external), or via a mechanical system for manual adjustment of intermediate angles. Hydro-pneumatic feed of the saw blades. Swivelling heads: the rotation of the heads around the horizontal axis is performed by pneumatic cylinders, with adjustable angles ranging from 90° to 22°30' (external). Intermediate angles are set using special manually adjustable stops. The mobile units are equipped with integrated pneumatic drop-down safety devices for the working area.

Additional clamp for profile support on roller conveyors
After each cut, the remaining short profile section tends to fall onto the roller track, posing the risk of coming into contact with the saw blade edge while the cutting phase is ongoing.
