UNITECH designs and manufactures pneumohydraulic presses with nominal pressing forces from 10 to 600 kN, available in C-frame, two-column (two-post) and four-column (four-post) designs.
The advertised price of EUR 4,000 net (excluding VAT) applies exclusively to the basic 10 kN model. All other press models and equipment configurations are quoted individually according to the required pressing force, frame design, stroke lengths, working area, control system and safety equipment.
This listing covers the complete UNITECH range of new pneumohydraulic presses for industrial assembly and production applications. Each press can be configured to suit the workpiece, tooling and intended manufacturing process.
TECHNICAL RANGE

Stroke ranges:

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The pneumohydraulic drive combines a fast pneumatic approach stroke with a short, hydraulically intensified power stroke. The full pressing force is generated only during the working phase of the cycle, providing an efficient solution for industrial pressing and assembly operations.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
Subject to the selected configuration, tooling and process-specific risk assessment, the presses can be used for:
– Press-fitting and component assembly
– Inserting bearings and bushings
– Riveting and crimping
– Punching and marking
– Bending and forming
– Straightening and calibration
CUSTOM CONFIGURATION
The following parameters and equipment can be adapted to the intended application:

DOCUMENTATION, ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY
Complete machines are supplied with CE marking, an EU Declaration of Conformity and operating instructions in the agreed language: Polish, English or German.
A Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) is carried out prior to dispatch. The presses are covered by a 12-month warranty.
Standard delivery terms are FCA UNITECH, Zawiercie, Poland (Incoterms 2020).
