Technical standard equipment of the vacuum press: Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press will be powder-coated in RAL 7012 and RAL 7035 finishes. Special colors are possible upon request but must be discussed beforehand and may incur additional costs. Welded table construction for professional use, mounted on a tiltable transport cart, equipped with 4 swivel castors, surface load capacity of 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be tilted to save space and locked in place, reducing its depth to 800 mm. The tabletop consists of a 22 mm thick laminate MDF board, covered in the pressing area by a slotted vacuum distribution plate made of MDF. Membrane frame opening is supported by 2 gas pressure springs mounted on the sides of the machine. Equipped with a natural rubber membrane, 2 mm thick, with 780% elasticity and temperature resistance up to 70°C, fastened using a clamping system for efficient membrane changes. The continuous sealing of the pressing chamber is achieved via a sealing profile in the membrane frame.
