The magnetic separator is an industrial device designed for continuous purification of coolants and oil-based fluids from ferromagnetic particles generated during machining processes. Design and operating technology

The device has been designed to mechanically and continuously separate metallic contaminants from process fluids. The main working element is a stainless-steel magnetic drum, which rotates and attracts ferromagnetic particles from the flowing coolant. The collected contaminants are then removed and transported outside the working area.

The removal of collected particles is carried out by a shaft system:
