Double chamfering line TFA3/D/12.5 Tube facing & bevelling
The MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 double chamfering line is a high-performance industrial solution designed for simultaneous facing and internal/external bevelling of steel tubes. The line is capable of processing two tubes at the same time, finishing both ends with high precision and repeatability.
Engineered for demanding production environments, this chamfering line is suitable for carbon steel tubes, hot or cold rolled, pickled or zinc-aluminium coated. Thanks to its CNC-controlled chamfering units, automated tube handling and integrated chip removal and blowing systems, the MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 ensures high productivity, consistent quality and reduced manual intervention.
Scope of supply
The complete MAIR TFA3/D/12.5 double chamfering line is composed of:
· Accumulating table for single-tube extraction via chain conveyors
· Walking beam system for synchronized transport of two tubes
· Two CNC chamfering machines, each equipped with:
- Heavy-duty welded steel frame
- Double chamfering unit with servo-driven linear movement
- Tube clamping devices with interchangeable jaws
- Toolholder disks for facing and internal/external bevelling
- Hydraulic tool locking system (Morse taper)
- Centralized lubrication system
- Presetting bench for toolholders
- Control panel
· Chip conveyors located under the machines
· Driven rollways and adjustable tube clamping stations
· Blowing station for internal tube cleaning with adjustable system
· Set of tooling (to be confirmed)
