Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

Application range is mainly in the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (as well as larger), and profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact footprint, the machine can be successfully employed in small, medium, and large manufacturing operations. The low price also makes it worthwhile for small batch or single-piece production.

The drive is via a pole-changing geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin-spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pull point, as well as consistent cutting performance. The open worktable design enables even large workpieces to be easily accommodated. In most cases, the workpieces do not need to be clamped tightly. Stroke adjustment is made via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several parts can be stacked and processed simultaneously.
