Stack forming is carried out by hydraulic compression between the sliding vertical beams and the vertical slats of the transverse cylinders. Both stack forming elements are equipped with wooden or metal inserts corresponding to the profile of the slat stack. Gluing wooden elements from the thickness improves the quality of the frames, reduces the cost of machining, reduces the amount of wood waste.
