We overhaul and modernize gear cutting machines: hobbing, shaping, bevel gear, and grinding machines from Modul, Pfauter, Liebherr, Hurth, Lorenz, Schaudt, and other manufacturers. Since 2002, we have fully refurbished and upgraded over 400 machines with new control and drive technology in Chemnitz for customers in more than 20 countries. Our roots go back to the 1990s, when former employees of the gear machine builder Modul began servicing its equipment. Today, we hold Modul’s design archive and technical know-how.

What you get from us: machines with proven kinematics and brand-new electrics—Siemens Sinumerik ONE or 840D sl CNC, digital drives, control cabinets of our own manufacture, and our proprietary gear software with user-friendly wizard interface. Each machine is fully assembled in Chemnitz, geometrically inspected and approved according to DIN or manufacturer specifications, and released for shipment together with you—optionally using your own sample workpiece. After delivery, we remain your partner: commissioning, training, service, remote support, and spare parts, all from a single source, worldwide.
