Description
Industrial Twin-Screw Extruder for PVC Processing
The SJSZ 51/105 conical twin-screw extruder is designed for continuous processing of PVC materials and the production of rigid PVC profiles, pipes and other extruded products.
The extruder features a bimetallic screw and barrel assembly made of nitrided 38CrMoAlA steel, providing high wear resistance and stable extrusion performance.
The machine is equipped with a 22 kW three-phase asynchronous motor with forced cooling, a DELTA variable frequency drive, OMRON temperature controllers, and Schneider electrical components.
The extruder includes an automatic material feeding system, vacuum degassing, air-cooled barrel heating zones, and an electrical control cabinet.
