CORMAK FM300S

The CORMAK FM300S Dust Collector is a high-performance dust extraction system designed for intensive operation in woodworking shops, furniture manufacturing facilities, and the timber industry. Equipped with a 2.2 kW motor, large-capacity collection bags, and an extraction capacity of up to 3,900 m³/h, this industrial sawdust collector provides efficient and safe dust removal even in demanding production environments.

Construction and Technology

The CORMAK FM300S woodworking dust collector is equipped with a WhirlWind series metal impeller, precisely balanced and designed for intensive industrial use. The entire structure has been reinforced with additional supports and brackets capable of handling the weight of fully loaded collection bags.

The housing is manufactured from thick steel resistant to deformation, while specially designed sealing elements improve system tightness by reducing vacuum losses and increasing overall extraction efficiency.

Performance and Efficiency

The FM300S delivers excellent extraction performance when operating with multiple machines simultaneously. The system allows connection through:

1 × Ø150 mm extraction inlet, or
3 × Ø100 mm extraction inlets

The large filtration surface and four high-capacity bags (2 filter bags and 2 waste collection bags) enable long periods of maintenance-free operation with minimal downtime. This powerful sawdust extraction system is designed to meet the requirements of demanding professional users.
