Each screw has a internal channel and is connected to cooling medium. Working pressure inside the shafts - up to 1.5 bar, temperature range from -10C up to +30C, volume - 2 x 18 l. Screws are working in jacketed tank. Width of tank 570 mm x length 3500 mm. Tank has volume about 430 l and is working on atmospheric pressure. Temperature range from -10 up to 0C. Tank has stainless steel jacket at bottom and side walls. Volume of jacket 40 l, working pressure up to 1.5 bar, working temperature range - from -10C up to +30C. Top of the tank is equipped with 3 stainless steel lids, each with lenght 90 cm.
