The Vemag HP 15E industrial vacuum filler is a reliable machine designed for continuous filling of meat mixtures, sausages, pâtés, fish pastes, and prepared and vegetable products. The machine is widely used in meat processing plants, butcher shops, and industrial food processing facilities where high consistency in weight and a smooth production process are important. The heart of the machine is the proven, double-auger feeding system from Vemag, which ensures gentle handling of the material being transported, preventing it from being crushed or smeared with grease. The integrated vacuum system effectively degasses the mixture, ensuring a perfectly compact structure of the final product without air bubbles. Thanks to its high power (25 kW), the machine easily handles thick and demanding fillings. The computer control panel allows for precise setting of operating parameters and easy integration with external attachments, such as automatic clipping machines or portioning devices.
