It is almost better than a new one. The machine has been completely overhauled and is equipped with a PLC, enabling fault monitoring and advanced control functions.
A power meter is also installed.
The system stops automatically after a set time when it is empty, so there is no need to switch it off manually. Once the machine finishes crushing, it shuts down automatically. If the shaft becomes too difficult to rotate, the press stops applying pressure while the rotor continues to rotate. Once the shaft can rotate freely again, the machine automatically resumes pressing. This makes the crushing process significantly more economical and reduces unnecessary wear on components. If the load does not decrease, the press retracts. If the load still does not drop, the crusher shuts down and indicates an overload, preventing damage and further wear.
