Tank size is compatible with all standard PUR bag packages in sizes of 2-3 kg. Modular system: All components can be replaced individually. Simply remove the sheet metal cover to quickly access all relevant parts. Melting capacity up to 2 kg/h (depending on the adhesive and its viscosity). The solid PUR adhesive, wrapped in aluminum foil, is placed into the tank. The adhesive is gently melted as needed. A glue reservoir is located beneath the tank, holding up to 0.7 kg of liquid adhesive. From there, the adhesive is conveyed via a gear pump, through a FE-MA-TECH® hot-melt hose and heated application head (valve) into the application units (IMA, Homag, etc.).
