Description

Used Ardeth Engineering approximately 70,524 litre total capacity (approximately 50,000 litre working capacity product dependent) stainless steel vertical reactor vessel. Unit has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated 8 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 350 deg.c. External limpet coil jacket rated 8 bar/full vacuum at 350 deg.c. Internal coil rated 8 bar/full vacuum at 350 deg.c. Unit includes top entry stainless steel 2-tier, 4-blade agitator with bottom mounted steady bearing. Agitator driven by Hagglunds type SM CB 2000 hydraulic drive. Reactor is mounted on (4) mild steel side support lugs.
