The ProFruit AUGERMILL 3000 is a compact fruit-processing machine that combines washing, vertical auger transport and milling in one space-efficient system. It is optimized for round fruit such as apples, pears and citrus.

CAPACITY: Up to 3000 kg/h.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE: Fruit is washed in a deep basin and then lifted gently by a vertical auger. Integrated fresh-water rinsing cleans the fruit during transport before it enters the 4 kW milling unit. The machine produces a uniform mash suitable for pressing, fermentation or further processing.
