OMEGA 330

Year of construction: 2019, condition: used, The Lemorau MEBR+ is a digital finishing machine based on a modular concept, allowing modules to be added as needed to meet customer requirements. The MEBR+ operates in both full rotary and semi-rotary modes. The semi-rotary mode is suitable for short runs, while the full rotary mode is ideal for large runs at high speeds. Thanks to state-of-the-art servo technology, the registration tolerance remains consistent during acceleration and braking phases, as well as throughout the production process. The Lemorau MEBR+ is equipped with a servo-controlled compensation system that ensures excellent web tension control when the machine is running in semi-rotary mode. Standard equipment: - Maximum rotary speed 200 m/min (656 ft/min) – label stock - Maximum rotary speed 120 m/min (394 ft/min) – die-cutting for precise fit - Maximum semi-rotary speed 40 m/min (131 ft/min), depending on plate size – die-cutting for precise fit - Web width 250, 330, 400 mm (10, 13, 16 in) - Electronic counter (label/meter/roll counter as well as total meter and label counter) - Adjustable splicing table with pneumatic clamps - Electronic web guiding system with ultrasonic sensor for guiding opaque and transparent materials - Automatic web tension control via servo motors – constant and decreasing tension - Memory for 250 jobs for easy and quick job setup - 6 sets of round knives with lateral adjustment - 2 interchangeable pneumatic unwinders with a diameter of 25, 40 and 76 mm (1, 1.5, 3 in) - Detection of paper and liner tears - Rewinding on label entry/label exit - Remote support via internet connection - Automatic stop at the end of the master roll with programmable roll-end function - Semi-automatic rewinding - Foot pedal for step-by-step machine control - Multilingual touchscreen - Die-cutting repeats 203.20 – 431.80 mm (8 – 17 in) – rotary mode - Die-cutting repeats 41.30–371.00 mm (1.6–14.6 in) – semi-rotary mode - Maximum rewind diameter: 600 mm (23.7 in) with 1 shaft / 350 mm (13.8 in) with 2 shafts Bwodpfx Anozqnxtjqew - Maximum unwind diameter: 700 mm (27.5 in) - CE conformity certificate Optional equipment: 1 Anti-static bar 1 “Clear-on-Clear” sensor 1 Corona treatment 1 Speed package (80 m/min in semi-rotary mode) 1 Turret unwinder 2 Flexo unit for spot coating with rotating register 1 Web cleaner QRC (Quick Remote Connection) 1 new die-cutting forme with repeat lengths of 41.30–371.00 mm (1.6–14.6 in) – semi-rotary mode approx. 700 die-cutting sheets
