Condition: used, Year of construction: 2014, power: 28 kW (38.07 HP), number of chambers: 5, Capacity: The oven has six independently controlled baking compartments (baking trays or levels). This allows different products to be baked simultaneously with different temperatures and baking times. Operation: Each of the six compartments is equipped with its own, individually programmable digital control panel on the left side (as shown in image_0.png). Each panel has a display and buttons for setting time, temperature, and possibly other parameters. Construction: The oven is robustly constructed with a black metal housing and an illuminated hood bearing the inscription "WACHTEL INFRA." On the right side of each level, there is a lever for operating the door or steam inlet of that specific compartment.
