Condition: ready for operation (used), functionality: fully functional, Sérifroid SG900 Twin Tunnel Freezer Dedpfx Asxr Al Dsqtsku The Sérifroid SG900 Twin tunnel freezer enables continuous freezing with high consistency while preserving product quality. It is designed for production facilities seeking a stable throughput and precise temperature control. Thanks to its dual-tunnel architecture, air circulates uniformly around the products, ensuring controlled temperature reduction from the beginning to the end of the cycle. This control improves the final texture, minimizes water loss, and ensures a consistent appearance for every batch. The stainless steel conveyor belt ensures smooth product flow. Additionally, the 80 mm polyurethane foam insulation minimizes heat loss, improving energy efficiency. The system operates with CO₂ (R744), a refrigerant that delivers high thermal performance while meeting environmental standards. The SG900 Twin also features automated regulation to maintain freezing parameters without constant monitoring. The operator only needs to intervene to adjust recipes or throughput, streamlining day-to-day operation. Defrosting is quick and pre-programmed; a 20-minute cycle every 8 hours is sufficient to keep the tunnel operating at peak efficiency. This reduces downtime and supports continuous operation. Furthermore, the freezer integrates easily into existing processing lines—whether in bakeries, charcuterie, or ready meal production. Process consistency boosts overall yield while ensuring final product quality. The SG900 Twin is thus an excellent investment for facilities aiming to increase capacity and achieve stable, repeatable freezing results every day.
