Although these machines may appear complex, they are significantly easier to operate compared to systems in the digital cutting segment. Unfortunately, the machine cannot be fully operated because the unwind unit is not functioning. We believe this could be resolved via a software adjustment, but since we do not have a support contact and the unit is not essential for our production, further effort is not worthwhile.
