Automatic log-cutting machine for toilet paper and hand towel cutting

Fully automatic operation with advanced PLC control, LCD touchscreen, and servo motor. The machine is designed to minimize manual intervention, reduce labour requirements, and improve operator safety.

The main operating parameters are set directly via the touchscreen PLC. The machine can be integrated with a converting and rewinding line for more efficient production.

Machine Condition

The machine has been in operation at the factory and has been running without any major issues. Installation year 2020, running conditions about 7hrs /one shift.

The following maintenance/repairs have been carried out:
* Upper drive bearings replaced (2025)
* Lower drive bearings replaced (2026)
* Drive belts replaced (2026)
* Damaged motion-control wiring repaired/replaced (2026)
* Every 3-month inspection
* Every 6-month lubrication of moving parts

The machine is currently dismantled and stored in a dry warehouse. It can be inspected in its dismantled condition.

Spare Parts Included
Band saw blades: 4,400 × 70 × 0.65 mm price €105/pc, 9 unused blades, 1 sharpened and ready-to-work condition blade, 1 sharpened and ready-to-work blade (width narrow, still can cut most of the articles)
Diamond grinding wheels: €80/pc, 1 spare
New dust collector/vacuum system: €1,100 - purchased new but never installed (2-way suction and 1-way blown-in, with collection bin, direct attachment to the cutter)
