The feed unit transports the profile bar to the machining unit, which is equipped with 6 spindle motors for drilling and milling operations all around the profile. The sawing module is 3-axis and fitted with a 600 mm diameter saw blade. The finished machined part is transported from the machining area to the unloading table by a discharge unit, where it is conveyed to the retrieval position via powered belts. The machining area is fully enclosed and can optionally be fitted with sound-absorbing mats.
