Condition: good (used), functionality: fully functional, JOUAN GR 412 is a laboratory benchtop centrifuge designed for use in clinical and research applications. This centrifuge comes equipped with a range of features that make it an ideal tool for quickly and effectively separating particles or compounds of differing molecular weights, densities, or sizes based on their relative centrifugal forces. GR 412 centrifuge has a maximum speed of up to 15,000 RPM and a maximum RCF of 4,440 g. This centrifuge is capable of centrifugal speeds up to 10,000 RPM and provides cut off times up to 60 minutes, depending upon the rotor and speed settings. In addition, JOUAN GR 412 offers a range of different rotors to choose from which can be used depending upon the sample requirements, including fixed angle and swinging bucket rotors. The centrifuge also includes a powerful digital control system that enables precise speed control and RCF, as well as a digital display which shows the programmed settings and any error messages. This centrifuge also has a wide range of safety features, including centrifugal imbalance control and power failure protection, in order to protect against sample loss and damage. The centrifuge is designed for ease of use and comes with a range of useful options, such as an air-cooled condenser which helps to reduce temperature fluctuations and a jacketed chamber, which helps to prevent contamination and cooling. Additionally, the centrifuge can be used with a variety of accessories, including adaptors and adapters. In terms of maintenance, the centrifuge is easy to clean, maintain, and can be wiped down quickly which helps to ensure it remains contamination free. It is also relatively silent which makes it an apt choice for use in quieter environments. Overall, GR 412 centrifuge is a powerful, reliable and easy to use centrifuge that is ideal for general purpose laboratory and clinical applications. With its powerful digital control system, range of safety features, and ease of use, it is a great choice for quickly separating particles and compounds of differing sizes, densities, and molecular-weights.
