This is a precision CNC machine designed for cutting various shapes in conductive materials using the EDM (Wire Cut) method. This model combines a compact design with high machining accuracy, making it ideal for both single and serial production, especially for manufacturing parts with complex geometries. The machine offers a working area capable of machining parts with dimensions up to 350 × 250 × 220 mm and a weight of up to 450 kg. The stable construction and precise axis guidance ensure high repeatability and cutting accuracy, even with demanding materials and complex contours. Additional U and V axes allow for tapered cuts up to 20°, which significantly expands the technological capabilities of the machine. The Sodick AQ325L EDM machine operates with wire diameters ranging from 0.15 to 0.30 mm, offering adjustable wire tension over a wide range and a high wire feed rate, resulting in efficient and stable machining. The immersion system enables operation in a dielectric fluid, increasing the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of the machined parts. The Sodic AQ 325 L wire EDM machine is equipped with an efficient dielectric system with a capacity of 530 liters, featuring a filtration system based on replaceable paper filters and a deionizer, which guarantees the maintenance of appropriate operating parameters and a long service life for the components. The ergonomic table height and well-thought-out design facilitate operation and the preparation of parts for machining. Dkjdez Az Uvepfx Akceu Thanks to its robust construction, high weight, and proven technology from the manufacturer Sodick, the AQ325L model is a reliable solution for tool shops, production facilities, and companies involved in precision metalworking.
