DS Place vereint Zuführung, Bildverarbeitung, Robotik und SPS-Steuerung in einer vollständig abgestimmten Maschine. Der Kunde muss die Maschine nur aufstellen, anschließen und den Ablagepunkt einlernen – ohne separate Schnittstellenprogrammierung zwischen Feeder, Kamera und Roboter.
Die DS Place verarbeitet unterschiedliche Bauteile aus Kunststoff, Gummi oder Metall und übergibt diese präzise an eine Folgestation. Geeignet für Unternehmen, die schnell automatisieren möchten, ohne ein komplexes Integrationsprojekt aufzubauen.
