Condition: used, Kistler NC joining module with dual-station/spindle unit Kistler NCFH 60 servo press with feed carriage & spindle station The Kistler NCFH 60 NC joining module is integrated into an industrial dual-station/spindle unit for automated series production (e.g., friction welding or precision pressing). The system is characterized by its high precision, integrated force-displacement monitoring (piezoelectric sensors), and an extremely robust design for continuous industrial use. Precise insertion and joining: Ideal for highly accurate assembly processes in the automotive industry, electrical manufacturing, or general mechanical engineering. Integrated quality assurance (force-displacement monitoring): The integrated piezoelectric sensors measure the exact tensile and compressive forces acting during the pressing process, depending on the position. Flexible process control: Enables advanced functions such as "joining on block," position-controlled pressing, or force-controlled joining (in combination with a suitable controller, e.g., Kistler maXYmos). Automated workpiece clamping: The attached spindle station features an automated clamping function (pneumatically/hydraulically actuated via integrated cylinders), perfect for automated series production and assembly lines. Stable machine bed: The entire mechanism is mounted on a heavy, welded steel frame to withstand the enormous forces (up to 6 tons per side) during operation. Manufacturer of joining module: Dr. Staiger Mohilo+Co GmbH / Kistler Group Lodpfezcpnzex Adcsru Type: 2151B 60304002 Model: NCFH 60 400 300 B H C G Nominal force: 60 kN (equivalent to a pressing force of approximately 6 tons) Max. total spindle stroke: 400 mm Max. travel speed: 300 mm/s Motor type: AC servo hollow shaft motor (165H-180E) Holding brake: 18 Nm Certification: CE marking Scope of delivery: Kistler NCFH 60 joining module including attached flange coupling, yellow carriage/feed guide, complete sensor wiring, as well as the corresponding spindle clamping station and the process monitoring system maXYmos. “Everything from a single source: We would be happy to offer you a suitable bank financing option for your project.” More articles - new and used - can be found in our shop! Condition: used, Kistler 2151B30154002 Electromechanical NC Joining Module List price: €19,000 net Ledeiuxtijpfx Adcjru   The NC joining modules NCFH type 2151B... consist of a robust housing in which a position sensor is integrated as an absolute encoder and a piezoelectric pressure/tension force sensor. The pressure or tension forces acting on the sensor generate a proportional electrical charge in the piezoelectric measuring element, which is converted into an analog voltage signal by the integrated charge amplifier.   The drive motor is an electronically commutated AC servo hollow shaft motor, which is controlled by a servo amplifier. Constant speed, i.e. constant travel speed, is ensured. Standard functions such as joining on a block, positioning, and force-controlled joining, as well as moving to intermediate positions, are supported.   Technical data: with hollow shaft motor and compact design Integrated piezoelectric force sensor including charge amplifier and position absolute encoder Measuring direction: pressure / tension Measuring range 1: 30 kN Measuring range 2: 15 kN Stroke: 400 mm Path repeatability: 0.01 mm Max. travel speed: 300 mm/s With holding brake   Item condition: new, with signs of storage   You can find more items – new and used – in our shop!
