In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer mechanism. SEMIX Compact Concrete Batching Plants offers variety in aggregate transfer mechanism. Even in compact batching plants, users can choose either skip hoist mechanism or transfer conveyor for aggregate transfer. All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate their CRM system.
