Description
It is a mobile, ergonomic pallet strapping system with an electric drive.
It was specifically designed to allow one person to safely strap pallets while standing, without bending over or walking around the pallet.
The strapping head is motor-driven and moves under the pallet, picks up the 19 mm x 1 mm PET strapping, and guides it back up on the opposite side.
The operator can then grab the strapping in a back-friendly manner while standing and insert it into the integrated sealing device.

The PET or PP strapping is automatically tensioned, sealed, and cut.
The device is operated with a 24V lead-acid battery pack (charger included).
The offered strapping machine is suitable for 15-19 mm PP or PET strapping, with a strapping thickness of 0.80-1.30 mm and a maximum tension force of 4500 N.
The strapping machine was completely overhauled in May 2025 for €3,100 and was only used a few times for testing due to a change in production.
The new price was €12,000 (first owner).
