Ultrasonic cleaning unit with a capacity of 2,380 litres. This ultrasonic cleaning machine is equipped with a pneumatic lifting platform with a load capacity of up to 1,500 kg. The lift has three main functions, which are:

1. To assist with the loading and unloading of parts to be cleaned.
2. Assisting with cleaning in hard-to-reach areas, creating a gentle movement of the fluid that helps remove loosened dirt particles.
3. Preventing the ultrasonic action from concentrating on a single point, thereby avoiding marking on the parts to be cleaned when these are made of soft metals such as aluminium or zamak.

This ultrasonic machine is designed to cover a wide variety of industrial applications. Some of the main applications include:

1. Parts cleaning: Metal parts or mechanical components requiring the complete removal of residues and oils prior to assembly.

3. Stripping and removal of adhered contaminants: Removal of rust, varnish and other impurities.
