The steam generator is in very good conditions and has a low mileage of 8348 operating hours. The generator was used in a factory of pickled vegetables which stopped activity. The boiler has been kept preserved ever since. The boiler includes a fuel oil burner (optional), but can be fired with gas. An inspection on the boiler was performed in June 2025 by a boiler specialist which include thickness measurements and pressure test. The test results were favourable.
