The plant is especially suitable for producing light laminated panels. The plant consists of a feeding system (conveyor belt) for the material, cutting system, profile system and an electronically control system. The plant has a length of 20m, width of 2,6m, height of 3m. The total weight of the plant is approximately 4,5 tons. The power consumption including the thermal output is 36 KW.
The recommended material of the internal layers are flame retardant Polystyrol or other light heat insulation materials. The sheet will be stable connected under pressure and heat with the Polystyrol through double sided application from portions of glue on the Polystyrol.
The panels have good physical characteristics such as thermal insulation, sound insulation, wet consistency, bending strength, compressive strength and mechanical attributes. Any length of the laminated panels is possible and adjustable on customer demand. The color of the panel is variable and is depending from the color of the used sheets.

- For comfortable solutions for manual installations, we recommend suspended cross traverses (cross transport).
- For automated systems, chain conveyors are most often used that do not stop and are a great solution for companies that focus on quality and repeatability of the process.
- For companies that make different items at once and have e.g. several cabins with different colors, flexible solutions with the use of the power-and-free conveyor are used. This is the most expensive solution.

The use of one photocell
The use of one photocell in the space of the detail allows you to measure its length and, consequently, gives the option of switching on the guns when the detail appears in their range, and switching off the guns immediately after painting the detail. The photocell is standard equipment. Identification of details by means of special markers.
Above the sling there are plates with identification holes.
Based on them, the PLC controller in conjunction with the photocell recognizes the painted detail, turns the guns on and off in good time - thus saving energy and powder paint. Vertical shape detection.
The use of light gates with horizontal detectors allows the PLC controller to analyze the shape of a detail vertically.
The PLC controller counts the time in which the detail should appear in the gun space - thanks to this it is possible to selectively turn the guns on or off. Using light gates with multiple sensors horizontally and vertically.
This solution allows precise measurement of workpiece dimensions, thanks to which it is also possible to control manipulators.
