Working with a plate heat exchanger, it gently pasteurizes at a nominal capacity of 72 hl/h and is designed for a product flow between 24 and 72 hl/h with a maximum CO₂ content of 6.5 g/l. The system comes complete with its 50.8 hl buffer tank and the control cabinet with touchscreen HMI. The unit comes out of a large brewery, is still installed and can be visited on request.
