Description

Compact vertical packaging system for centre seal flat pouch. including dosing unit for granulates. Dosing unit can be customized, such as a counting unit for the dosing of tablets/tabs/capsules. PLC and 7"-touchscreen, stainless steel version (SS304 - optional SS316). Self-diagnose functions, PID temperature controller, SCHNEIDER or OMRON electronic parts, fast and smooth film transportation by motorized feeding control, AIRTAC pneumatic components. - Specifications: max. speed of the machine in neutral: 70 cycles/minute; pouch dimensions size: L(10-180)xW(40-140) mm; max. film width: 300 mm; film thickness: 40-90µm, 220V, 3.2kW; machine dimensions: L1500xW920xH1800 mm; weight: 300kg.
